Underneath every item is the cost of the delivery, this is also shown in your cart and at the checkout so you can keep a track on it!
When we send out your order, every item is insured, tracked and signed for, giving you the best possible service.
We process all orders as we receive them and aim to get all orders dispatched with 72 hours.
All orders are subject to a 10 day delivery slot, but most orders are dispatched and received within that period.

Personalised items cannot be returned once the proof has been confirmed.
If you receive your product and it is damaged, please complete the form above and one of our Customer Service Team will be in touch to discuss further, proof of damage maybe required.
Postage is a non-refundable charge and cost of return postage will be met by the customer.
