Meditation - An Introduction
On this 2 hour workshop you are going to learn about meditation, why we meditate and what benefits it will have on your life.
You will learn the basic techniques for meditating, you will learn how to relax after a hard day and how to unwind. You will learn about group meditation and different techniques that you can use at home or even work.
Once you have completed the course you will be invited to join our meditation sessions.
