All our products are packed in secure packaging, but in the case of damaged goods, please contact us with 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement and put a claim into the courier.
All our handmade/personalised items cannot be changed or exchanged once they have had your final say. We will ALWAYS check with your to make sure that the end product is as required.
If the product has to be returned, the return postage will be paid by the purchaser.
