Personalised Products and All Products
Once the agreed final product is in production, this cannot be altered. All Personalised products come with a NO REFUND rule. Please make sure you enter all information correctly when personalising products.
All our prices include Vat and Delivery is on a product by product basis which is worked out automatically at the checkout. All products remain the property of Ghosts Unlimited until they have been delivered and signed for.
All products are sent safe and secure and are fully insured and we use registered postal services and all products will be signed for.
Please report any issues within 24 hours of receipt otherwise Ghosts Unlimited will not accept liability and will not be able to rectify any issue.
